Please take the following actions prior to the upcoming clergy meeting on February 20: 

1) Review the attached document on turnout for our May 31 founding assembly and discuss the proposed turnout ranges with leaders from your institution. All clergy will be asked to ratify these turnout ranges at our next meeting; 

2) Clergy who pledged to contact leaders of prospective member institutions on January 23 are asked to set up a meeting with those leaders prior to our next meeting. Please contact an organizer at [email protected] if you were unable to attend our January 23 meeting but would like to assist with recruitment;

3) Please hold the dates for our upcoming clergy meetings on your schedule. Regular attendance is crucial during our meetings this spring as we will vet and shape key strategies for our public founding assembly:
