(Nov 1 update): 2024 Strategy Team nominations are now open! Any member of a ONE Wake institution can nominate a leader for the Strategy Team by emailing [email protected].

The timeline and process for the nomination and election of the 2024 Strategy Team slate is listed below. Terms are for three years. The role and responsibility of Strategy Team members is available here.  

• November 1, 2023: Initial call for nominations made;
• January 7, 2024: Deadline to receive nominations;
• February 13, 2024: Nominations Committee to review nominations, prepare Strategy Team slate for ratification;
• March 7, 2024: Annual Meeting to ratify the 2024 Strategy Team slate.

The Strategy Team serves as the ONE Wake corporate board and as the executive committee to the Countywide Leaders Caucus, which is ONE Wake's primary decision making body. The Strategy Team develops proposals for the strategic organizing goals and plans of the organization, oversee fiscal responsibility, and evaluate personnel.
