Since ONE Wake's last institutional leaders (clergy) meeting, over 260+ leaders from our 40 member institutions met at our July 23 Countywide Leaders Meeting to kick off a relational voter registration campaign, which is part of a larger power building strategy leading up to our October 13 Founding Assembly.  

In the last two weeks, 180 leaders have joined the campaign so far and have made plans to contact over 2,000 members of our institutions to learn about their top concerns in this moment, to make sure that they are registered to vote, and to ask about their plans to vote absentee. 

Now, ONE Wake is organizing a clergy meeting to discuss how we can continue to organize our institutions and build our power leading up to our public launch. Our agenda includes a discussion around power meetings with candidates and decisionmakers, and 2020 membership dues.
