The ONE Wake Energy Cost Burden Team was formed after our 2,000 person listening campaign which identified rising energy cost as a major driver of housing cost burden that is displacing long time, low income tenants and homeowners. As an initial step, the Team has compiled information about the substantial new resources available for Wake County residents, especially those living in what are designated "Justice 40 communities."
