Virtual Training
The purpose of this fundraising training to support ONE Wake's recurring donor campaign to fund a new part-time organizer in 2024. All ONE Wake member institutions are asked to send 3-5 members to attend this training.
At this training, you'll learn:
- How to recruit leaders in each of your member institutions for the campaign and how to keep them engaged throughout the campaign
- How to "make the case" to potential donors
- Options for collecting monthly donations and how to follow up
- What tools and templates will be available to you after the training to make the work easier
This will be a virtual training designed primarily to support ONE Wake's recurring donor campaign, although the skills learned during this training will be widely applicable to raising funds for almost anything!
At the training we will be joined by leaders from some of our sister Metro IAF organizations, including: United Power (Chicagoland), Valley Interfaith Action (Virginia), Baltimoreans United in Leadership Development, and New Jersey Together.
