Join the Jobs Team on Monday, December 13, at 7:00 pm to hear a report on an innovative new pilot program that has the potential to address many of the barriers we have identified in the local workforce development pipeline that prevent low wage workers from getting into better paying jobs.

ONE Wake member institution Dorcas Ministries is partnering with WakeTech in a new program that provides wrap around support and services including tuition scholarships, laptops, career coaching, and peer learning. 

It's important to note that this pilot is still in early stages, however, there is a possibility that ONE Wake member institutions could play a role in helping to support and expand this work across Wake County.
