CARY RESIDENTS: Join us in-person at the Cary Town Council chambers to show your support for the rezoning of 921 SE Maynard Rd to allow for the construction of a 130 unit mixed income multifamily development. Half of the units will be affordable to households earning up to 80% of the area median income. 

This is an important opportunity to address the affordable housing crisis in Cary. Unfortunately, a vocal opposition is organizing to stop this development in its tracks. Please join us in-person at the public hearing on April 7 to show that you support more housing options for ALL Cary residents!
