The ONE Wake Affordable Housing Team will hold a virtual meeting on Monday at 7:00 pm to prepare for a series of research meetings with municipal and county level planners. Our goal is to identify publicly owned land that is suitable for affordable housing development. 

On Monday we will:  

1) Review sample outline and questions for research meetings with planners;

2) Hold extended Q&A to equip all team members with ability to initiate and lead research meetings.  

3) End with clear next steps for the team.
