Join dozens of Cary residents to support the continuation of the Cary Housing Fund in the FY 24/25 budget. Our goal is to ensure that the fund is continued at or above $6 million. ONE Wake played a key role in the establishment of this fund in 2022. Join us to make sure the Town Council knows there is broad support in the community to continue this essential resource for land acquisition and development of new affordable housing in Cary.

UPDATE: we have an additional opportunity to support affordable housing funding in Cary. The Town Council is considering the inclusion of a $30 million housing bond referendum on the fall ballot. With this in mind, we have an additional goal of telling the Council that they are on the right track, and to show that there is significant public support for the bond.
